We love staying at The Brazilian Court Hotel. It has lush grounds and a quiet vibe that is popular with celebrities. Best of all, it is home to the top-notch restaurant Cafe Boulud, so if you find yourself overindulging you can easily stumble home...
This is the latest installment of Skinny Dip, with other locations in Nantucket and Charleston. We’re biased since they carry Bonvivants, but we highly recommend you stop in for their curated collection of men’s and womenswear. If you need a break from shopping, you can pause for a refreshment at the cafe in the back.
SurfSide is an easy going all-American diner with great food and a charming atmosphere. Just be sure to get there early on the weekends -- there’s often a line out the door.
There’s always a nice crowd at Sant Ambroeus. You can dine outside by the fountain, and they even have an outdoor gelato cart. The pistachio gelato is amazing!
5. Stroll Vias on Worth Avenue
It’s easy to feel like you’re in Southern Europe, wandering through the “vias” that jut off Worth Avenue. These are narrow alleyways that are lined in shops and restaurants. There’s something to discover around every corner!
6. Walk the Beach Path
Palm Beach is one of the most pristinely manicured places on earth. A walk along the beach (on the paved path) affords the best views of stunning oceanfront estates.
7. Hunt for Antiques in West Palm Beach
Crossing back over to the mainland, West Palm Beach is known for its antiques, mostly concentrated along US Highway 1. You may want to line up on a Saturday morning for Kofski’s monthly estate sale -- you never know what you might find.
